IASO Backup 2010 is designed to provide a safe and secure online backup for business and consumer customers.
Our software is now even more efficient with the introduction of Dynamic slicing for Microsoft Office documents and many other popular file formats. At the heart of our solution is the innovative data de-duplication technology, which greatly reduces the amount of data that needs to be transported over the network and stored for the daily backup.
Also the IASO Backup 2010 is easy to operate, as it requires no physical handling of backup media and has a simple straightforward user interface.
IASO Backup has developed a backup software solution that basically addresses all the downsides of the traditional backup solutions and fully automates the backup process. The software runs on all popular Operating Systems bits such as Windows and Mac OS X. Linux and FreeBSD platforms will be supported very soon.
Most common EU-languages, Japanese and Russian are available; Norwegian, Arabian, traditional and simplified Chinese will be added shortly.
The IASO Backup 2010 is highly optimized to use as little resources as possible. On the backup server side low-energy processors (Atom, CoreDuo) are already enough. Also the number of writes to the disks is minimized, allowing the disks to go into idle or sleep mode, using even less power.
Our software IASO Backup 2010 can be used either for Workstations (users can back up the file system only) or for Server clients with several advanced features like: System state backup, Network Shares, MS SQL backup, Exchange VSS backup, Removable media etc.
In addition to our software the storage licenses can be bought in order to enlarge the volume of backed up data.
For service provider applications IASO Backup Technology has added a number of extra options: Billing, Provisioning, Reporting and Skinning.
