Sales and tech support with commercial spirit
The Solutions Consultant works closely together with the Sales Director Germany in developing the IASO business in Germany. Our solutions’ unique benefits and applications need to be explained and demonstrated to channel partners and prospective service provider and end-user customers. This requires a strong personality with a consultative attitude, thorough technical background and excellent communication skills, who can “make the sale” on a technical level.
Canditate profile
5+ Years in similar tech support, sales support and/or consultancy positions
In-depth knowledge of mid-market IT solutions, such as LAN and WAN, Server Operating Systems (Windows 2000 & XP, Linux & Unix), database and messaging solutions (MS Exchange Server, SQL Server), systems management processes in general and storage and backup & restore in particular\
Commercial attitude Excellent presentation and communication skills
Fluent in German, excellent English
Education at bachelors level or beyond
